Return and Cancellation Policy

At BLUBRD Shoemaker, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you can return products or cancel your order.


1. Return Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  1. Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase included.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

  1. Customized or personalized products.
  2. Final sale or clearance items.
  3. Products that show signs of wear or damage caused by improper use.

1.3 Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at returns@blubrdshoemaker.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label or your preferred method.

1.4 Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Exchange Policy

  1. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  2. To request an exchange, follow the same process as outlined in Section 1.3 (Return Process) and indicate your desired item.
  3. Any price difference for exchanges will be communicated and settled accordingly.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Order Cancellations

  1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  2. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

3.2 Cancellation Process

  1. To cancel your order, email us at support@blubrdshoemaker.com with your order details.
  2. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and refund within 3-5 business days.
  3. If the order has been shipped, you may return the item after receiving it as per the Return Policy.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  1. If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received, BLUBRD Shoemaker will cover the return shipping costs.
  2. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
